of using the Serenity Direct website
Any order or
purchase of products by you from the Serenity Direct website shall
be with your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any other
guidelines that may be posted on the website. If you do not agree
with any part of the following terms and conditions you must not

Delivery
Serenity Direct
aims to process orders as quickly as possible. All orders placed
are usually despatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of the
order. In the event that an item or items are out of stock Serenity
Direct will notify you of the delay and despatch the goods as
soon as possible. The products shall be delivered to you at the
address you have given and you shall make all arrangements necessary
to take delivery of them. Serenity Direct may deliver the products
by separate consignments. If an order is lost in the postal system
Serentiy Direct will make a claim on the post office insurance
and will therefore provide the name and contact details of the
intended recipient.
Acceptance
of Products
You shall
be deemed to have accepted the products immediately upon receipt
of delivery. You shall inspect all the products upon delivery
and notify Serenity Direct within 48 hours of any defects or if
the products are faulty or damaged in any way. Serenity Direct
is not liable for products damaged during transit to you.
Refund
Policy
Under the
Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order
for any payments made via this website, up to 7 working days after
receiving it and receive a full refund. However, refunds are NOT
given on any products that have been opened or/and used unless
the item is faulty.
If you are
unsatisfied with your order, please Contact Us, quoting your name
and date ordered. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction,
we will ask you to return the products to our Correspondence Address
at your postal cost and once received we will make a full refund
of the goods (but not postal charges) providing the items are
unopened and undamaged.
Funds will
be credited into the same account that was debited.
If you wish
to change an unopened item this will be done but will incur an
£8 charge to cover administration and postage and packing
plus any cost difference of the items. A cheque payable to Serenity
Direct should be sent with your returned item.
Serenity Direct
is not liable for products damaged during transit from the customer
to us and postage is not proof of delivery to Serenity Direct.
Serenity Direct strongly recommend any products returned to us
are done so by recorded delivery, registered post or courier with
sufficient insurance to cover the value of the products.
Privacy
Serenity Direct
will not share your personal information for marketing or any
other purposes without your consent unless we are required to
do so by law.
If you have
registered your interest with Serenity Direct and thereby given
your consent, you may be contacted with relevant information that
you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest
to you. With Serenity Direct you are always in control of your
personal information, if at any time you wish us to stop contacting
you then simply email us at serenitydirect@btconnect.com
We will always
respect your privacy and any personal communication between you
and ourselves. Serenity Direct will always comply with any data
protection legislation currently in force.

Should a dispute arise between yourself and any third party due
